## The Standard Close Checklist
### PHASE 1: Transaction Cutoff (Days 1–2)
These steps ensure all activity belongs in the correct period.

Each sub-ledger must tie to the GL before proceeding.
#### 2a. Accounts Receivable

### When AR Sub-Ledger Doesn't Tie to GL
