设置事后复盘

前置条件： 加载以下技能以执行此方案：gws-docs、gws-calendar、gws-chat

创建Google文档形式的事后复盘，安排Google日历审阅，并通过Chat进行通知。

步骤

1. 1. 创建事后复盘文档：gws docs +write --title 事后复盘：[事件] --body ## 摘要\n\n## 时间线\n\n## 根本原因\n\n## 行动项
2. 安排审阅会议：gws calendar +insert --summary 事后复盘审阅：[事件] --attendee team@company.com --start 2026-03-16T14:00:00 --end 2026-03-16T15:00:00
3. 在Chat中通知：gws chat +send --space spaces/ENG_SPACE --text 🔍 [事件]的事后复盘已安排。
